Xipoko's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateusz Matusiak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Frederico Fonseca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cesur Yesar went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Frederico Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateusz Matusiak's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 24thth minute of the game Mateusz Matusiak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xipoko's Frederico Fonseca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Fonseca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 31 minutes, Mateusz Matusiak made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Xipoko's Frederico Fonseca tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mateusz Matusiak might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frederico Fonseca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mateusz Matusiak ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th minute, Mateusz Matusiak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateusz Matusiak to make the kick off. Frederico Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Xipoko's goalkeeper Frederico Fonseca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched 1461 Trabzon eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
