Xipoko's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacobo Gonzo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jacobo Gonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo de Senna having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Jacobo Gonzo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plumerillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobo Gonzo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remo de Senna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Remo de Senna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Deunoro's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Ignacio Fernández sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Gonzo in the 19th minute of play forced Xipoko's goalkeeper Remo de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiaguinho Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the game, Victor Deunoro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Remo de Senna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Remo de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Gonzo in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Xipoko's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Long Feng Xing was slow to take the kick. During this time Plumerillo's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Plumerillo's Maximino Ellande getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Plumerillo's Maximino Ellande suffered a concussion after 31 minutes and had to leave the field. Sebastião Hermes's late challenge caught a Plumerillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastião Hermes helped the player get up and apologised. Plumerillo made a substitution. Melquiades Hondo replaced Maximino Ellande. In the 32nd minute, Sebastião Hermes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 32 minutes of play, Plumerillo's Ignacio Fernández made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remo de Senna was left in no man's land by his defense there! Remo de Senna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Fernández in the 38th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Ignacio Fernández left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Plumerillo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After some careless play in the Xipoko defense, Bahadırhan Yılğıralp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remo de Senna. The Xipoko fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remo de Senna should have stopped the shot. The Xipoko players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Plumerillo were winning 0-7.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiaguinho Salles was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Xipoko's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Gonzo came free, but Remo de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacobo Gonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo de Senna having to interfere. Plumerillo's attack was well implemented in the 56th minute, but when Jacobo Gonzo was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Jacobo Gonzo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 59th minute. Plumerillo's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Xipoko's Remo de Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Xipoko from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Plumerillo booed when Xipoko was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Carioca didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Long Feng Xing from long distance, 62 minutes into the match, got Remo de Senna's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Jacobo Gonzo struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Remo de Senna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plumerillo. Nildo Macedo charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nildo Macedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Xipoko getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Nildo Macedo hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Jacobo Gonzo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remo de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Gonzo in the 81st minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Victor Deunoro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remo de Senna was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. If Ignacio Fernández had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Jacobo Gonzo came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Plumerillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacobo Gonzo couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Plumerillo getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Bahadırhan Yılğıralp hit a great ball. The Xipoko fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Plumerillo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
