Rodolfo Bastiaro kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Pegale De Puntín defense, Igor Cavalera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodrigo Gau. The Pegale De Puntín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodrigo Gau should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Cavalera made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Pegale De Puntín's goalkeeper Rodrigo Gau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Igor Cavalera. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Cavalera in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Gau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Igor Cavalera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ogro F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Cavalera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Gau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Jerônimo Vergílio took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Rodrigo Gau to make any attempt to save it. Rodrigo Gau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicko McBrain showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 75 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Igor Cavalera took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Rodrigo Gau to make any attempt to save it. Rodrigo Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Minnemann in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Antunes in the 90th minute of play forced Pegale De Puntín's goalkeeper Rodrigo Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pegale De Puntín's Rodrigo Gau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Pegale De Puntín from getting a goal against them. When the match was over Ogro F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pegale De Puntín throughout the match.
