After a rather tough play, Band Of Brothers's Bernat Bonet got a free kick in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Band Of Brothers's goal looked a bit too open when Isaltino Dantas came free, but Hami Tuna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Band Of Brothers's Hami Tuna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfredo Travassos in the 12th minute of play. Hami Tuna had great luck who in the 12thth minute grab hold of the ball when Manfredo Travassos from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Ricardo Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the game, Dráusio Madureira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belo Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Band Of Brothers the free kick. A collision led to Belo Academy getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hami Tuna firmly grabbed it by the left post. Belo Academy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by José Augusto de Andrade in the 31st minute. Luís Eduardo Mazza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erling Bennet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Eduardo Mazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Caniggia, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Kielberg in the 40th minute of play forced Belo Academy's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Belo Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Kielberg came free, but Luís Eduardo Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manfredo Travassos to make the kick off. If Dráusio Madureira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anders Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Band Of Brothers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anders Holmgren couldn't finish the play. Band Of Brothers's Evgenij Davydov was substituted for Vilgot Falk. Luís Eduardo Mazza was a little too slow when Anders Holmgren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-1. The Belo Academy fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Band Of Brothers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
