With a little luck, Olympiacos FC's Waldemar Solarek got control of the ball when Leonardo Forssell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lindholmens IF's Nico Gala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themos Proedropoulos in the 18th minute of play. Waldemar Solarek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Ahlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nico Gala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paschalis Stavrakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The Olympiacos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 31 minutes into the game, Themos Proedropoulos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Nico Gala was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Themos Proedropoulos took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nico Gala. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ben Dailly made a kick off. Börje Bryngelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Themos Proedropoulos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nico Gala. The goal made the score 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Themos Proedropoulos in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nico Gala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 64 minutes into the match, Lindholmens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Themos Proedropoulos came free, but Nico Gala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Themos Proedropoulos in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nico Gala saved Lindholmens IF from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Themos Proedropoulos put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Nico Gala. Paschalis Stavrakoss short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Nico Gala to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 77 minutes into the game, Börje Bryngelsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lindholmens IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olympiacos FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Lindholmens IF's Börje Bryngelsson got a free kick in the 77th minute. A collision led to Lindholmens IF getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
