Christer Ahlström kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Hök in the 14th minute of play forced Lindholmens IF's goalkeeper Nico Gala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of INDEPENDIENTE F.C. booed when Lindholmens IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gösta Beckman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nico Gala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Omar Orlan went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Nico Gala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meng Qiang Liang in the 23rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Lindholmens IF's Marcial Estavan threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ben Dailly, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nico Gala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Neila in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28thth minute of the game Dagoberto Neila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lindholmens IF's Nico Gala was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nico Gala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Neila, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 30 minutes, Per-Erik Borre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lindholmens IF and the INDEPENDIENTE F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Per-Erik Borre hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Omar Orlan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nico Gala. Lindholmens IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nico Gala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Hök in the 34th minute of the match. Nico Gala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Iratze in the 37th minute of play. The INDEPENDIENTE F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Omar Orlan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Lindholmens IF's Nico Gala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kjell Hök in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ben Dailly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nico Gala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dagoberto Neila went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 53rd minute, INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Kjell Hök ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nico Gala. Nico Gala yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Thanks to some nice moves Herminio Iratze could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Nico Gala however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Lindholmens IF's Helge Martinsson got a free kick in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Neila in the 62nd minute of play forced Lindholmens IF's goalkeeper Nico Gala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Nico Gala successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Herminio Iratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Lindholmens IF's Nico Gala got control of the ball when Herminio Iratze tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Lindholmens IF's Ben Dailly got a free kick in the 76th minute. The corner led INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Dagoberto Neila to fire away a dangerous shot which Nico Gala despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Lindholmens IF's Gösta Beckman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcial Estavan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Lindholmens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Hök came free, but Nico Gala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nico Gala was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jean-Pierre Moulin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 87 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Orlan in the 90th minute of play forced Lindholmens IF's goalkeeper Nico Gala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nico Gala was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
