Surahammar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Virgil Van Dijk in the 6th minute. Surahammar's Markus Wallman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Victor Pascaru, made in the 8th minute of the game. The throw-in from Emanuel Stroescu in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Surahammar's Markus Wallman. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Radamel Oakley took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Mugurel Puișoru to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radamel Oakley in the 21st minute of play forced Cavalerii Viola's goalkeeper Mugurel Puișoru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Radamel Oakley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Surahammar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 26 minutes of play, Cavalerii Viola's Iván Győrfi made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carl Engström was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Radamel Oakley sped through Cavalerii Viola's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mugurel Puișoru. In the 39th minute, Surahammar's Radamel Oakley dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. Cavalerii Viola's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Radamel Oakley scored to the left of an out of position Mugurel Puișoru, making the score, 5-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iván Győrfi to make the kick off. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Emanuel Stroescu with Marin Oproiu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Mugurel Puișoru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radamel Oakley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radamel Oakley blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mugurel Puișoru having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radamel Oakley in the 62nd minute of play forced Cavalerii Viola's goalkeeper Mugurel Puișoru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Cavalerii Viola defense, Radamel Oakley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mugurel Puișoru. The Cavalerii Viola fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mugurel Puișoru should have stopped the shot. Surahammar's Victor Santxol was substituted for Radamel Oakley. Mugurel Puișoru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Santxol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Victor Santxol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mugurel Puișoru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Santxol in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Victor Pascaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute, André Pettersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute, Victor Santxol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mugurel Puișoru was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Santxol in the 80th minute of play forced Cavalerii Viola's goalkeeper Mugurel Puișoru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute Surahammar were awarded a corner. Virgil Van Dijk went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Vincent Benett to score against Mugurel Puișoru in Cavalerii Viola's goal. 8-1 after 81 minutes. If André Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Santxol in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mugurel Puișoru saved Cavalerii Viola from getting behind. 94 minutes into the match, Victor Santxol notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Cavalerii Viola's Mugurel Puișoru. Mugurel Puișoru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Surahammar fully deserved thier win.
