After 11 minutes, Rafinha Brodel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Notts County BR and the The Vikings players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Notts County BR's Rafinha Brodel got a free kick in the 11th minute. Vasile Arosculesei came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by The Vikings's Gilmar Furlan. But to his dismay, Gilmar Furlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 17th minute, Woodrow Walls hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vasile Arosculesei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilmar Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The Vikings were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Notts County BR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gilmar Furlan took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Notts County BR's goalie and right to Leandro Uxio. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Notts County BR's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Rafinha Brodel hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30thth minute of the game Gilmar Furlan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Notts County BR's Vasile Arosculesei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vasile Arosculesei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Furlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 minutes, Gilmar Furlan made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Notts County BR's Vasile Arosculesei tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gilmar Furlan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vasile Arosculesei having to make a save. Vasile Arosculesei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Woodrow Walls, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Betão Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After having played for 45 minutes, Gilmar Furlan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Vikings's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilmar Furlan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Váldson Paulista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Rafinha Brodel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Woodrow Walls's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vasile Arosculesei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilmar Furlan got free with Vasile Arosculesei in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute, Gilmar Furlan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Vikings fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Gilmar Furlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vasile Arosculesei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gilmar Furlan ran back to his position shaking his head. 63 minutes into the game, The Vikings's Gilmar Furlan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vasile Arosculesei made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Vasile Arosculesei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Furlan in the 67th minute of the match. Vasile Arosculesei came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by The Vikings's Gilmar Furlan. Notts County BR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugon Jaworski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After 80 minutes, Jan Fasoli made it 0-7 with a short kick to the right side. Notts County BR's Vasile Arosculesei tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute Jan Fasoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasile Arosculesei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Notts County BR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. The Vikings were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
