Danny Valentin scored 0-3 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 韩常桦, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 韩常桦 came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by VN FC Spartak-Varna's Zbigniew Paraszczuk. But to his dismay, Zbigniew Paraszczuk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Ademar Cabral managed to get in a good position for a shot. VN FC Spartak-Varna's supporters rose to their feet, but Ademar Cabral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 韩常桦 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to VN FC Spartak-Varna getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Peter Boklund hit a great ball. 何扬奕 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Hans Curtis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Milan Eftimov made in the 33rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Zbigniew Paraszczuk immediately put the ball in play. 斯坦福桥麋鹿队's 韩常桦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danny Valentin in the 35th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Zbigniew Paraszczuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 韩常桦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danny Valentin in the 46th minute of play forced 斯坦福桥麋鹿队's goalkeeper 韩常桦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zbigniew Paraszczuk to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, 斯坦福桥麋鹿队's 程竞洲 got a free kick in the 51st minute. Zbigniew Paraszczuk took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 韩常桦. 韩常桦 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Zbigniew Paraszczuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 韩常桦 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danny Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 72nd minute, Zbigniew Paraszczuk made a precise shot to the right of 韩常桦. 斯坦福桥麋鹿队's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. After 75 played minutes 斯坦福桥麋鹿队 got a freekick which was hit by 楚棋迅. Zbigniew Paraszczuk struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. 韩常桦 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal.
