A very good chance for a goal. 庄冰悦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thalis Krommidas in the 4th minute of play. Alfaro Meo hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Donzel Goyeneta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 庄冰悦 having to interfere. Thanasis Koltsidas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roland Laureys's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, AEK S.C's goal looked a bit too open when Estrada Azcona came free, but Thanasis Koltsidas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, CD Suscal's goal looked a bit too open when Thalis Krommidas came free, but 庄冰悦 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Thalis Krommidas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CD Suscal's 庄冰悦 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thalis Krommidas in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 庄冰悦 saved CD Suscal from getting behind. Thanasis Koltsidas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estrada Azcona in the 26th minute of play. When AEK S.C's Thalis Krommidas in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Suscal's goalie prevented a goal. Terho Pasoja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thanasis Koltsidas having to interfere. In the 39th minute Thalis Krommidas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 庄冰悦 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donzel Goyeneta got free with 庄冰悦 in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thalis Krommidas in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 庄冰悦 saved CD Suscal from getting behind. Marcelo Winter's late challenge caught a CD Suscal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcelo Winter helped the player get up and apologised. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Thalis Krommidas in the 51st minute of play forced CD Suscal's goalkeeper 庄冰悦 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 52nd minute, Donzel Goyeneta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd match minute, AEK S.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donzel Goyeneta to maneuver through the defense. AEK S.C's Donzel Goyeneta got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AEK S.C's Vaggelis Mitsiou was substituted for Thalis Krommidas. In the 65th minute of the game Quiñónez Venegas made a throw-in which Lázaro Loco played forward. 70 minutes into the game, Donzel Goyeneta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. 庄冰悦 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. CD Suscal's 庄冰悦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaggelis Mitsiou in the 74th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roland Laureys got free with Thanasis Koltsidas in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vaggelis Mitsiou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. 庄冰悦 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CD Suscal made a substitution. Mateo Juarbe replaced Quiñónez Venegas. CD Suscal's Umbruso Rial was substituted for Roland Laureys. If Vaggelis Mitsiou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 庄冰悦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaggelis Mitsiou in the 84th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Estrada Azcona kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thanasis Koltsidas. That made the score 2-1 in the 85 minute of play. In the 88th minute, Vaggelis Mitsiou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AEK S.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. A collision led to AEK S.C getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Rodrigo Hats hit a great ball. Gilberto Sarmento struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Thanasis Koltsidas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Suscal. AEK S.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of CD Suscal for a fine match.
