After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Vladimiro Sazon managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Acade's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Sazon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romulo Jon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romulo Jon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kip William, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kip William came free, but Romulo Jon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonard Lamczyk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romulo Jon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 29 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Sazon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Romulo Jon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vladimiro Sazon scored 0-3 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romulo Jon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vladimiro Sazon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romulo Jon having to make a save. Leonard Lamczyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Jon having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elvio Rainerio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Romulo Jon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. La Acade's Kip William got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. EL PEPO FC made a substitution. Mariano Noe replaced Samuel Sotero. After some careless play in the EL PEPO FC defense, Shao Zhou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romulo Jon. The EL PEPO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romulo Jon should have stopped the shot. La Acade's Felipe Saturnin was substituted for Kip William. After a defensive mix-up in EL PEPO FC's zone, Vladimiro Sazon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romulo Jon came out of the goal and Vladimiro Sazon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Shao Zhou might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Romulo Jon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shao Zhou ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80th minute, Felipe Saturnin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romulo Jon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Felipe Saturnin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romulo Jon having to interfere. With a little luck, EL PEPO FC's Romulo Jon got control of the ball when Vladimiro Sazon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute, Felipe Saturnin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romulo Jon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Felipe Saturnin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romulo Jon having to make a save. 92 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Sazon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romulo Jon. EL PEPO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Sazon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. La Acade's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
