With an extended leg and a bit of luck Batuhan Yalazan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benicio Larez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kai Havertz in the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Altar SK 1283's Kai Havertz got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karim Morientes in the 29th minute of play forced Altar SK 1283's goalkeeper Batuhan Yalazan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Batuhan Yalazan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karim Morientes's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kai Havertz to make the kick off. If Karim Morientes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Batuhan Yalazan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Morientes, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, Altar SK 1283's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Morientes came free, but Batuhan Yalazan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
