The Lord of the Wings fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Lord of the Wings's Gábor Joó looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 20th minute Walter Pico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ron McGrath saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lord of the Wings's goalkeeper Ron McGrath, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Will Gillanders hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Senin in the 30th minute of play forced Lord of the Wings's goalkeeper Ron McGrath to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's Eustaquio Millan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş from getting a goal against them. The Lord of the Wings fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the match, Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's goalkeeper Eustaquio Millan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arthur McIlreach. Alan Sarmiento hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gábor Joó to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Lord of the Wings got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Ennis. 53 minutes into the game, Lord of the Wings's Gábor Joó nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eustaquio Millan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 57 minutes into the match, Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş's goal looked a bit too open when Gábor Joó came free, but Eustaquio Millan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lord of the Wings's Neil Ellis was substituted for Will Gillanders. Ron McGrath took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Senin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ç Ā M Î Ö Ń Ĕ R Ö Ş booed when Lord of the Wings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur McIlreach didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lord of the Wings's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
