Mesterháza were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Lord of the Wings's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roland Berkes took the corner. After taking down the ball on Mesterháza's corner Pál Borsos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ron McGrath quite easily take care of the ball. Lord of the Wings's Ron McGrath proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Lord of the Wings from getting a goal against them. When Mesterháza's Roland Berkes in 15 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ron McGrath guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roland Berkes in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ron McGrath prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Neil Ellis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ron McGrath showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Berkes, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, Lord of the Wings's Will Gillanders got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute of the match, Sándor Rácz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ron McGrath was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sándor Rácz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The goal made the score 2-1. 45 minutes into the game, Sándor Rácz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ron McGrath. Sándor Rácz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roland Berkes to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Berkes came free, but Ron McGrath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Higinio García threw the ball into play from the sideline. Lord of the Wings's Putra Madura quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 61stth minute of the game Roland Berkes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lord of the Wings's Ron McGrath was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ron McGrath was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Ron McGrath didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mihály Cseh went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roland Berkes in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ron McGrath prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roland Berkes in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. In the 77th minute, Roland Berkes made a precise shot to the right of Ron McGrath. Lord of the Wings's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Gábor Joó might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gyula Grósz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gábor Joó ran back to his position shaking his head. 80 minutes into the match, Mesterháza's goalkeeper Gyula Grósz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gábor Joó.
