Ron McGrath came out of the goal and Melchor Garoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes in the game Roland Schiavi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ovidio Jokin. Luis Mejía made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Arthur McIlreach sent off a good shot on target. Ron McGrath showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semih Recai, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semih Recai in the 29th minute of play forced Lord of the Wings's goalkeeper Ron McGrath to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ron McGrath made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ron McGrath came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Semih Recai. But to his dismay, Semih Recai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

Semih Recai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 52 minutes into the match, Lord of the Wings's goalkeeper Ron McGrath had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchor Garoa. 54 minutes into the match, ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s goal looked a bit too open when Gábor Joó came free, but Luis Mejía reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ron McGrath made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melchor Garoa in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s zone, Arthur McIlreach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Mejía came out of the goal and Arthur McIlreach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lord of the Wings made a substitution. Neil Ellis replaced Will Gillanders. Luis Mejía made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gábor Joó in the 59th minute of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Melchor Garoa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Melchor Garoa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Ron McGrath managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Melchor Garoa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Tomáš Kožený was substituted for Melchor Garoa. When Ivan Nisio came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Nisio couldn't finish the play. If Ivan Nisio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivan Nisio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Ivan Nisio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ron McGrath was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lord of the Wings's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ovidio Jokin was slow to take the kick. During this time ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Roland Schiavi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lord of the Wings's Ron McGrath did a great save. In the 86thth minute of the game Ivan Nisio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lord of the Wings's Ron McGrath was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Gábor Joó notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰'s Luis Mejía. Luis Mejía was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Ivan Nisio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ron McGrath. That made the score 1-5 in the 92 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lord of the Wings's zone, Tomáš Kožený stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ron McGrath came out of the goal and Tomáš Kožený tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ✰VILLA SARMIENTO✰ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
