After taking down the ball on Genk's corner Ariel Paris fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bartolo Salvator quite easily take care of the ball. Bartolo Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vergil Rupov, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vergil Rupov in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Salvator prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bartolo Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vergil Rupov, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Genk's goalkeeper Jannes Van Leempoel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Polo Quinteros. Elias Navarro made a great header on San Fernando Eagles's corner, it was just that Genk's Jannes Van Leempoel managed to reach the ball for a save.
