Alexandre Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Maiorga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 10 played minutes Peñaloza got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Venceslao. Absolut Rasta FC's Samuel Cebo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Peñaloza. Alexandre Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Gil in the 13th minute of the match. In the 19thth minute of the game German Gil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peñaloza's Alexandre Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 21st minute Elias Giro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Absolut Rasta FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Simon Oihan scored to the left of an out of position Fabian Oto, making the score, 2-0. 32 minutes into the match, Peñaloza's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Giro came free, but Alexandre Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurelio Florian hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Gaston Gotzon kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Simon Oihan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Oto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Peñaloza's Fabian Oto threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aquiles Xabat, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Absolut Rasta FC's Fabian Oto got control of the ball when Simon Oihan tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Gil in the 42nd minute of play forced Peñaloza's goalkeeper Alexandre Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When Blas Efraim fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Absolut Rasta FC's protests and gave Blas Efraim a yellow card for diving instead. German Gil in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alexandre Cunha, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Peñaloza's Alexandre Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Gil in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th match minute, Peñaloza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Castro to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Peñaloza's goal looked a bit too open when German Gil came free, but Alexandre Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Absolut Rasta FC's Elias Giro got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Evelio Dacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peñaloza's Eduardo Castro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Absolut Rasta FC. In the 78th match minute, Absolut Rasta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Bastia to maneuver through the defense. Blas Efraim made in the 80th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peñaloza's Eduardo Castro. After 84 minutes, Gaston Gotzon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Absolut Rasta FC and the Peñaloza players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Dacio in the 93rd minute of play forced Absolut Rasta FC's goalkeeper Fabian Oto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Peñaloza players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
