The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 39 minutes into the match, Sheep United's goal looked a bit too open when João Pedro Moreno came free, but Gerwin Broerse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Rulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sheep United's Ronald de Boer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sandrinho Sabóia, made in the 45th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Jereba 4EVER's Dito Quirino was substituted for Geovani Sanches. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Rulli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Dito Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerwin Broerse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Jereba 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Rulli came free, but Maicon Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerwin Broerse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito Quirino in the 62nd minute of play. The Sheep United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Dito Quirino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerwin Broerse having to make a save. Gerwin Broerse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Pedro Moreno in the 69th minute of play. After 70 played minutes Sheep United got a freekick which was hit by Geert Wilder. Gerwin Broerse was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dito Quirino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 71 minute of play. José Antonio Parra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maicon Trevisan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Jereba 4EVER getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Raí Peixoto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Antonio Parra in the 79th minute of play forced Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Maicon Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sheep United's José Antonio Parra quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sandrinho Sabóia, made in the 84th minute of the game. After having played for 88 minutes, Alfredo Rulli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sheep United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Rulli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alfredo Rulli scored 2-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maicon Trevisan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 96th minute Dito Quirino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerwin Broerse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
