In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Ermegildo Matxin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oğuzhan Apaydın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ermegildo Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuzhan Apaydın, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Airborne FC's Horia Lupu suffered a sore foot after 11 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Andres Isadore fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BAC Belgrano de Cba's protests and gave Andres Isadore a yellow card for diving instead. Airborne FC's Dagoberto Valadares was substituted for Horia Lupu. In the 12th match minute, BAC Belgrano de Cba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Isadore to maneuver through the defense. Oğuzhan Apaydın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oğuzhan Apaydın might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermegildo Matxin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oğuzhan Apaydın ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goal looked a bit too open when Oğuzhan Apaydın came free, but Ermegildo Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes, Oğuzhan Apaydın made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. BAC Belgrano de Cba's Ermegildo Matxin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Oğuzhan Apaydın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Matxin having to interfere. Ermegildo Matxin came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Airborne FC's Oğuzhan Apaydın. But to his dismay, Oğuzhan Apaydın quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cecilio Sugar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Pedro Paulo Barreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oğuzhan Apaydın blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Matxin having to make a save. Ermegildo Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Valadares in the 43rd minute of play. If Oğuzhan Apaydın had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oğuzhan Apaydın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Matxin having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cecilio Sugar was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes BAC Belgrano de Cba got a freekick which was hit by Marcial Dolfos. In the 52nd match minute, BAC Belgrano de Cba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ladislao Inko to maneuver through the defense. Ermegildo Matxin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oğuzhan Apaydın in the 53rd minute. Oğuzhan Apaydın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Matxin having to interfere. Oğuzhan Apaydın blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Matxin having to make a save. A collision led to Airborne FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Sven Lind hit a great ball. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by BAC Belgrano de Cba's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcos Linares was slow to take the kick. During this time Airborne FC's players had a chance to rest. 72 minutes into the game, Oğuzhan Apaydın cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ermegildo Matxin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oğuzhan Apaydın blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Matxin having to make a save. In the 77th minute Oğuzhan Apaydın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Oğuzhan Apaydın got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ermegildo Matxin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuzhan Apaydın in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Airborne FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Çeliker Pekgöz hit a great ball. The Airborne FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Airborne FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
