Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, CD Boiro's Eustaquio Turi got a free kick in the 10th minute. Chico Albuquerque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Geovanni de Alcântara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Danone CC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Boiro the free kick. Chico Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Turi in the 14th minute of the match. Enéas Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Perico Raya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dário Mesquita in the 18th minute of play forced CD Boiro's goalkeeper Perico Raya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Gernando Proença's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Perico Raya was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. From close distance Gernando Proença pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 30 minutes into the game. After a defensive mix-up in Danone CC's zone, Ferdinand Paz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chico Albuquerque came out of the goal and Ferdinand Paz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of CD Boiro booed when Danone CC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovanni de Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmundo Gol kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Cordeal Ortiz hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustaquio Turi to strike the kick off in the second half. Ferdinand Paz hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Danone CC's Chico Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Turi in the 58th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Júlio Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Danone CC's supporters rose to their feet, but Júlio Pena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Perico Raya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Danone CC fully deserved thier win.
