Vicente Ipar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Eleder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chico Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Eleder in the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Enéas Carneiro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vicente Ipar, 1-0. Vicente Ipar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gernando Proença went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpected shot in the 23rd minute by Samuel McQuarrie got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Vicente Ipar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dário Mesquita in the 26th minute of play. Vicente Ipar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dário Mesquita's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. A collision led to Islas FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Flavio Aballe hit a great ball. Benito Eleder took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Albuquerque. Chico Albuquerque dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 39th minute 俞海扬 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustacio Inko struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Chico Albuquerque didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Islas FC.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enéas Carneiro was the one to do the kick off. Eustacio Inko took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chico Albuquerque. Chico Albuquerque dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. After a rather tough play, Danone CC's Enéas Carneiro got a free kick in the 57th minute. Danone CC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Eustacio Inko scored to the left of an out of position Chico Albuquerque, making the score, 2-4. If Gernando Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Islas FC made a substitution. Aquiles Grabiel replaced Géza Rákosi. Danone CC's Chico Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Eleder in the 66th minute of play. When Sladjan Waagstein fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Islas FC's protests and gave Sladjan Waagstein a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th match minute, Islas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sladjan Waagstein to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Ipar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 73 minutes Islas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gernando Proença who took care of the corner kick. Gernando Proença made a great header on Danone CC's corner, it was just that Islas FC's Vicente Ipar managed to reach the ball for a save. After 79 minutes, Carolo Maju mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Islas FC and the Danone CC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th minute, Carolo Maju hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danone CC's Júlio Pena was substituted for Enéas Carneiro. After a rather tough play, Islas FC's Carolo Maju got a free kick in the 80th minute. Chico Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Inko in the 82nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Danone CC's Chico Albuquerque got control of the ball when Benito Eleder tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eustacio Inko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chico Albuquerque was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. After 85 minutes, Eustacio Inko made it 2-5 with a short kick to the right side. Danone CC's Chico Albuquerque tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute Eustacio Inko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chico Albuquerque made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Eleder in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Inko in the 96th minute of play forced Danone CC's goalkeeper Chico Albuquerque to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Islas FC played a much better game than Danone CC and deserved their victory. The Danone CC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
