The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rogelio Etxepare kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Jastreb's goal looked a bit too open when Frasier Huber came free, but Navarro Montoya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Marco Materazzi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bunda Grande quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. SalentoUnited's Bunda Grande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vanja Dimitrijević in the 25th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Duško Zambata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bunda Grande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavius Gräf kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Bunda Grande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Cantona, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Jastreb's goal looked a bit too open when Frasier Huber came free, but Navarro Montoya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SalentoUnited's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bo Cantona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With an all-out effort, Jastreb's Bunda Grande threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luka Mata, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Duško Zambata kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bunda Grande. That made the score 1-3 in the 82 minute of play. Bunda Grande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute of the match, Miran Tudor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bunda Grande saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jastreb had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
