With an extended leg and a bit of luck Attila Mesterházy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Attila Mesterházy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ergincan Suerkan in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Octavius Gräf came free, but Attila Mesterházy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Attila Mesterházy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ergincan Suerkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Octavius Gräf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of SalentoUnited booed when Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Porres didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Franziskus Spillmann shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Attila Mesterházy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Urbano Hotz took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Attila Mesterházy. Attila Mesterházy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 27th minute, Peter Marti made a precise shot to the right of Attila Mesterházy. Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 36thth minute of the game Frasier Huber who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Attila Mesterházy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When SalentoUnited's Frasier Huber in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's goalie prevented a goal. Attila Mesterházy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Marti in the 39th minute of the match. Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Attila Mesterházy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Hotz in the 41st minute of play. Attila Mesterházy came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by SalentoUnited's Octavius Gräf. But to his dismay, Octavius Gräf quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Attila Mesterházy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frasier Huber's shot from short distance in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jakab Boross to strike the kick off in the second half. Frasier Huber succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 56th playminute. Attila Mesterházy made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Peter Marti sent off a good shot on target. Frasier Huber might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Attila Mesterházy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frasier Huber ran back to his position shaking his head. The throw-in from Fidel Ciprella in the 67th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Tamás Havasi. After a rather tough play, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Kálmán Kozák got a free kick in the 68th minute. With a little luck, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Attila Mesterházy got control of the ball when Franziskus Spillmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. SalentoUnited's Frasier Huber got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Attila Mesterházy made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Frasier Huber sent off a good shot on target. Bunda Grande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Kilstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Frasier Huber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC's Attila Mesterházy got control of the ball when Frasier Huber tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as SalentoUnited's Frasier Huber slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Attila Mesterházy. That made the score 0-5 after 81 minutes of play. In the 84th match minute, Fortuna Balassagyarmat FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tamás Havasi to maneuver through the defense. If Christian Kilstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frasier Huber struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Attila Mesterházy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SalentoUnited. In the 92nd minute Octavius Gräf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attila Mesterházy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frasier Huber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attila Mesterházy having to interfere. SalentoUnited's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
