In the 12th minute, Merrill Rochon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shen Gang Zhen kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match Harvey Rivard sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aki Pego skillfully saved the ball. Marcus-Vinícius Berg scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Buford Lim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Quebec city FC's Buford Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus-Vinícius Berg in the 22nd minute of play. Marcus-Vinícius Berg might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Buford Lim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcus-Vinícius Berg ran back to his position shaking his head. Buford Lim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus-Vinícius Berg in the 28th minute of play. Buford Lim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus-Vinícius Berg went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Aki Pego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Buford Lim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dekel Glas in the 36th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Quebec city FC's goalkeeper Buford Lim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With 44 minutes on the clock, Shen Gang Zhen commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 44th minute, one of Magen David:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Magen David. Magen David made a substitution. Boyde Bleazard replaced Aksel Medelsheim. The Quebec city FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Magen David were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariuss Cernītis was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Jefferson Tatum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Buford Lim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dekel Glas in the 55th minute of play. Buford Lim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Näfver in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariuss Cernītis in the 77th minute of play forced Quebec city FC's goalkeeper Buford Lim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magen David played a much better game than Quebec city FC and deserved their victory. The Quebec city FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
