An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuralp Akbal in the 23rd minute of play forced Andarilhos's goalkeeper Jon Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Andarilhos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Francisco Montae was slow to take the kick. During this time Pagos FC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Maximilian Carlsson managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Jon Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuralp Akbal in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fu Han Qiang in the 30th minute of play forced Pagos FC's goalkeeper Manuel Campens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes Andarilhos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisco Montae who took care of the corner kick. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Andarilhos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Francisco Montae was slow to take the kick. During this time Pagos FC's players had a chance to rest. If Nuralp Akbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Fu Han Qiang took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Manuel Campens to make any attempt to save it. 42 minutes into the match, Andarilhos's goal looked a bit too open when Nuralp Akbal came free, but Jon Oblak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jon Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuralp Akbal in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Andarilhos's goalkeeper Jon Oblak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

With a little luck, Andarilhos's Jon Oblak got control of the ball when Argyris Panteliadis tried to sneak it across the goal line.
