TheLastDance's Addo Schiersand was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Evert Mellberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 15th minute, Ludomir Niemoj got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evert Mellberg came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by TheLastDance's Jaroslaw Gongolewicz. But to his dismay, Jaroslaw Gongolewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 19 minutes into the match, The Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Edson-Arantes Maradona came free, but Evert Mellberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iustin Braniște kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 23 played minutes The Lions got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Abastas. Stig-Ove Gustafsson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The Lions's Evert Mellberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Villota Labra in the 33rd minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, The Lions's Iustin Braniște nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zachariasz Kociniewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The The Lions players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. TheLastDance were winning 1-2.

Evert Mellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edson-Arantes Maradona in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomir Niemoj in the 52nd minute of play forced The Lions's goalkeeper Evert Mellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Åke Hult kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Erik Ljungberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evert Mellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomir Niemoj in the 59th minute of the match. After 60 minutes The Lions's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Addo Schiersand who took care of the corner kick. TheLastDance's Zachariasz Kociniewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Jonasson in the 64th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, TheLastDance's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Jonasson came free, but Zachariasz Kociniewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, The Lions's goalkeeper Evert Mellberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Villota Labra. In the 69th match minute, The Lions was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermegildo Abastas to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Erik Ljungberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, The Lions's Erik Ljungberg got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Edson-Arantes Maradona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Evert Mellberg made a huge save. 77 minutes into the game, Qian Bin Zhen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TheLastDance's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Lions the free kick. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TheLastDance! Thanks to some nice moves Bartosz Furgat could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Evert Mellberg however easily saved by the left post. In the 89th minute, Bartosz Furgat made a precise shot to the right of Evert Mellberg. The Lions's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Bartosz Furgat scored 1-4 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evert Mellberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. TheLastDance had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
