John-Paul Marquant succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 15th playminute. 22 minutes into the game, Serge Grandidier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Green Madness's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knight Of Dawn the free kick. Serge Grandidier kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Marcelino Flor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qiu Yuan Jun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when John-Paul Marquant got free with Denis Urtats in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Denis Urtats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry Peysson in the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qiu Yuan Jun in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelino Flor saved Green Madness from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Celedonio Fonda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcelino Flor quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Gregorio Caton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute Qiu Yuan Jun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Flor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Terry Peysson to strike the kick off in the second half. Gregorio Caton hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Denis Urtats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John-Paul Marquant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gregorio Caton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Marcelino Flor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Knight Of Dawn's Danilo Matro was substituted for Gregorio Caton. Knight Of Dawn made a substitution. Bruno Norino replaced Klement Belko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Orhan Perk in the 69th minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bogdan Gomolka hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Fonda in the 74th minute of play forced Green Madness's goalkeeper Marcelino Flor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Knight Of Dawn's Qiu Yuan Jun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelino Flor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The supporters of Knight Of Dawn booed when Green Madness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rick Sánchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Green Madness getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Rick Sánchez hit a great ball. Marcelino Flor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Qiu Yuan Jun in the 84th minute. Knight Of Dawn's Denis Urtats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John-Paul Marquant in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute John-Paul Marquant shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celedonio Fonda kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The Knight Of Dawn players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Green Madness from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
