Squadra Demarchi's Claudinei Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá de Barros in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cacá de Barros in the 14th minute of play forced Squadra Demarchi's goalkeeper Claudinei Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinei Leite didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cacá de Barros went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 19 minutes into the match, Squadra Demarchi's goal looked a bit too open when Cacá de Barros came free, but Claudinei Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aaron Van Herck struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Claudinei Leite didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dark Energy. The long shot by Zachariah Ouali in the 26th minute really tested Claudinei Leite's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Dorival Araújo fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Squadra Demarchi's protests and gave Dorival Araújo a yellow card for diving instead. Dorival Araújo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Squadra Demarchi's Claudinei Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá de Barros in the 30th minute of play. Cacá de Barros took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudinei Leite. Claudinei Leite dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hermínio Maia to strike the kick off in the second half. Claudinei Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 57 minutes of play, Dark Energy's Cacá de Barros made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudinei Leite was left in no man's land by his defense there! Claudinei Leite stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cacá de Barros's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 61stth minute of the game Cacá de Barros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squadra Demarchi's Claudinei Leite was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Cacá de Barros made a precise shot to the right of Claudinei Leite. Squadra Demarchi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. The supporters of Squadra Demarchi booed when Dark Energy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelhamid Hasni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th match minute, Squadra Demarchi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Maia to maneuver through the defense. Dark Energy's Aaron Van Herck got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdelhamid Hasni kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Claudinei Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá de Barros in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, Squadra Demarchi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorival Araújo to maneuver through the defense. During the 93rd minute of the match Dorival Araújo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dorival Araújo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Squadra Demarchi's Dorival Araújo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. 96 minutes into the match, Dark Energy's Cacá de Barros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinei Leite narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dark Energy's Cacá de Barros managed to work through Squadra Demarchi's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Cacá de Barros dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dark Energy had played much better football throughout.
