Spectators: 169 (Terracing: 127, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Godofredo Remigio got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Characate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Monico to maneuver through the defense. Godofredo Remigio scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvaldo Daunte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute of the game Fausto Monico made a throw-in which Gerardo Santikurtz played forward. 13 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zacarias Francesco. After 18 minutes of play, Racing Club's Godofredo Remigio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvaldo Daunte was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godofredo Remigio in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldo Daunte saved Characate FC from getting behind. If Zacarias Francesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Characate FC's Osvaldo Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Remigio in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godofredo Remigio in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Daunte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Joaquin Uxio got a free kick in the 35th minute. Characate FC's Osvaldo Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godofredo Remigio in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Serafino Paez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Leopoldo Afonso made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Joaquin Uxio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osvaldo Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Remigio in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Joaquin Uxio hit a great ball. Osvaldo Daunte came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's George Orwel. But to his dismay, George Orwel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Osvaldo Daunte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Orwel in the 72nd minute of the match. Gerardo Santikurtz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olavo Henriques having to interfere. Osvaldo Daunte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Orwel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uriel Paio kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Osvaldo Daunte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Orwel in the 89th minute of play. Olavo Henriques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Santikurtz in the 95th minute of play. The Characate FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Racing Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Racing Club.
