Almir Salgado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kim Sørmo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lost in pace's Brage Mostue got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Kim Sørmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Almir Salgado in the 4th minute of play. Almir Salgado struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Kim Sørmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vila Zumbi. When Ivar Nakken fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lost in pace's protests and gave Ivar Nakken a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lost in pace's Ivar Nakken got a free kick in the 7th minute. With an all-out effort, Lost in pace's Antoni Beninda threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joachim Follestad, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 12th match minute, Lost in pace was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brage Mostue to maneuver through the defense. Kim Sørmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almir Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Almir Salgado made a precise shot to the right of Kim Sørmo. Lost in pace's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Stig Grønstad fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lost in pace's protests and gave Stig Grønstad a yellow card for diving instead. Stig Grønstad kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 29 minutes Lost in pace's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 许夕昆 who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Matías Souza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lost in pace's Kim Sørmo did a great save. In the 33rd minute Almir Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim Sørmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Vila Zumbi's Almir Salgado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kim Sørmo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Brage Mostue got a throw-in 44 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Trym Misund. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandu Olăroiu got free with Antoni Beninda in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lost in pace's Kim Sørmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Salgado in the 47th minute of play. The Lost in pace players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vila Zumbi were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Øyvind Åsland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Almir Salgado might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kim Sørmo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Almir Salgado ran back to his position shaking his head. Kim Sørmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almir Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Almir Salgado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kim Sørmo having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Almir Salgado got free with Kim Sørmo in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oséias Quirino hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Almir Salgado succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 68th playminute. In the 71st minute Almir Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim Sørmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Almir Salgado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vila Zumbi's supporters rose to their feet, but Almir Salgado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kim Sørmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Lost in pace's zone, Almir Salgado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kim Sørmo came out of the goal and Almir Salgado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd match minute, Vila Zumbi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William da Mata to maneuver through the defense. If Almir Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lost in pace's Kim Sørmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Salgado in the 85th minute of play. With a little luck, Lost in pace's Kim Sørmo got control of the ball when Almir Salgado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Almir Salgado in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kim Sørmo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Lost in pace supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Vila Zumbi's performance. The match ended with a win for Vila Zumbi.
