After a rather tough play, Ad Fundum's Pierre-Paul Van Dijck got a free kick in the 31st minute. Manfred Bruse ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Manfred Bruse almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lost in pace's Kim Sørmo did a great save. The referee gave Ad Fundum a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Manfred Bruse, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lost in pace's Kim Sørmo. 5-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ad Fundum fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lost in pace had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
