An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Dancer in the 4th minute of play forced Maritza's goalkeeper Danail Mitzakov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Gogo Dancer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danail Mitzakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vännäsby BF's zone, Marin Nikolkov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronny Tiger came out of the goal and Marin Nikolkov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vännäsby BF's Ronny Tiger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoltán Hubina in the 15th minute of play. Kim Kallstrøm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronny Tiger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoltán Hubina in the 21st minute of play. Nencho Markovski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vännäsby BF's Ronny Tiger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marin Nikolkov in the 38th minute of play. Vännäsby BF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Marin Nikolkov scored to the left of an out of position Ronny Tiger, making the score, 1-0. With a little luck, Vännäsby BF's Ronny Tiger got control of the ball when Marin Nikolkov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marin Nikolkov received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ronny Tiger came out and tried to block the shot, but Marin Nikolkov slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 41st minute. Ronny Tiger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoltán Hubina in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Gogo Dancer made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Vännäsby BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Dancer to maneuver through the defense. After 57 played minutes Maritza got a freekick which was hit by Marin Nikolkov. In the 58th minute, Kim Kallstrøm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vännäsby BF's Ronny Tiger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Jing Yue in the 61st minute of play. Vännäsby BF made a substitution. Hilario Chus replaced Benjamin Kinnman. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Maritza's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kim Kallstrøm was slow to take the kick. During this time Vännäsby BF's players had a chance to rest. Ronny Tiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoltán Hubina in the 71st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zoltán Hubina in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronny Tiger saved Vännäsby BF from getting behind. Vännäsby BF's Ronny Tiger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoltán Hubina in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Vännäsby BF's goal looked a bit too open when Zeng Jing Yue came free, but Ronny Tiger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ronny Tiger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miladin Bikarski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeng Jing Yue in the 82nd minute of play forced Vännäsby BF's goalkeeper Ronny Tiger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronny Tiger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeng Jing Yue, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoltán Hubina in the 88th minute of play forced Vännäsby BF's goalkeeper Ronny Tiger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Korneliusz Flis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ronny Tiger. Vännäsby BF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vännäsby BF's Gogo Dancer got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kim Kallstrøm received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Danail Mitzakov came out and tried to block the shot, but Kim Kallstrøm slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 95th minute. Maritza walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
