In the 4th minute, Emil Berntzen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudemiro Tristão was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The corner led to Λstral Villains FC's Zhang Yue Shi getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Theo Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Eiró, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudemiro Tristão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Berntzen in the 16th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, GD Almargense's Idalécio Veloso got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute Emil Berntzen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudemiro Tristão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Λstral Villains FC's Emil Berntzen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. With an all-out effort, Λstral Villains FC's Claudemiro Tristão threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Emil Berntzen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, GD Almargense's Claudemiro Tristão got control of the ball when Jefferson de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute, Emil Berntzen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the match, GD Almargense's goalkeeper Claudemiro Tristão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anderson Zonta. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jefferson de Amaral made a kick off. Claudemiro Tristão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Berntzen in the 54th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Emil Berntzen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Claudemiro Tristão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. GD Almargense's Zarco Patrício was substituted for Adérito Pinheiro. GD Almargense's Carlos Vides was substituted for Benedito Rebelo. Emil Berntzen took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claudemiro Tristão. Claudemiro Tristão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Pedro Cavalcante fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Λstral Villains FC's protests and gave Pedro Cavalcante a yellow card for diving instead. Pedro Cavalcante kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Pedro Cavalcante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Theo Machado made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Zarco Patrício sent off a good shot on target. Theo Machado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Vides's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Vides in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Theo Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Theo Machado made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Carlos Vides sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in GD Almargense's zone, Lars Holand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudemiro Tristão came out of the goal and Lars Holand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudemiro Tristão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Holand, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Theo Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Valadares in the 86th minute of play. GD Almargense's Claudemiro Tristão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jefferson de Amaral in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, GD Almargense's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson de Amaral came free, but Claudemiro Tristão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Theo Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Vides, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Jefferson de Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 93 minutes into the match, Λstral Villains FC's goalkeeper Theo Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zarco Patrício. Theo Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Λstral Villains FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
