With an extended leg and a bit of luck Latif Al Fakir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 8 minutes in the game Aleksey Martynov did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Yiğit Özdoğru. Emil Berntzen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Latif Al Fakir having to make a save. 13 minutes into the match, Galatasaray SK's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Berntzen came free, but Latif Al Fakir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
