GD Almargense's Claudemiro Tristão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nereo Ledesma in the 5th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celso Eiró in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cirilo Heli saved Ice Valley FC from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Celso Eiró notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Ice Valley FC's Cirilo Heli. Cirilo Heli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When GD Almargense's Benedito Rebelo in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ice Valley FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedito Rebelo in the 19th minute of play forced Ice Valley FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Heli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustin Licerio kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Celso Eiró put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cirilo Heli. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celso Eiró in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Heli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Alexandre Eanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cirilo Heli was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Benedito Rebelo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Benedito Rebelo really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Ice Valley FC's zone, Celso Eiró stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Heli came out of the goal and Celso Eiró tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 38 minutes of play, GD Almargense's Adérito Pinheiro made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cirilo Heli was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as GD Almargense's Adérito Pinheiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cirilo Heli. That made the score 6-0 after 41 minutes of play. 44 minutes into the game, Benedito Rebelo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Cirilo Heli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Benedito Rebelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The wind increased when Nereo Ledesma made the kick off in the second half. GD Almargense's Alexandre Eanes got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. GD Almargense's Alexandre Valadares was substituted for Benedito Rebelo. In the 58th minute, Gonzalo Marko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cirilo Heli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Valadares in the 60th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Zarco Patrício put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cirilo Heli. 66 minutes into the match, Carlos Vides had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cirilo Heli. Ice Valley FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Vides was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 69th minute Zarco Patrício shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Alexandre Eanes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Cirilo Heli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Zarco Patrício managed to get in a good position for a shot. GD Almargense's supporters rose to their feet, but Zarco Patrício was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cirilo Heli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cirilo Heli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Carlos Vides left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GD Almargense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Alexandre Eanes scored 12-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cirilo Heli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zarco Patrício sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 86 minutes, Carlos Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GD Almargense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Vides was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Eiró fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cirilo Heli having to interfere. After having played for 89 minutes, Carlos Vides managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GD Almargense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Vides was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Vides in the 97th minute of play forced Ice Valley FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Heli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
