Aurelio Walme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steinar Stålhandske in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, GUSESI's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Gaspard. Thibaut Courtois made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Gaspard in the 19th minute. With a little luck, GUSESI's Thibaut Courtois got control of the ball when Alejandro Gaspard tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Quimeras Jrs.'s goal looked a bit too open when Steinar Stålhandske came free, but Aurelio Walme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejandro Gaspard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Quimeras Jrs.'s Aurelio Walme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steinar Stålhandske in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Jusepe in the 44th minute of play forced GUSESI's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Quimeras Jrs.'s zone, Steinar Stålhandske stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Walme came out of the goal and Steinar Stålhandske tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 61st minute of the match GUSESI got a corner. Quimeras Jrs.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Agustin Rego ran over to the corner to take the kick. Agustin Rego made a great header on GUSESI's corner, it was just that Quimeras Jrs.'s Aurelio Walme managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of GUSESI booed when Quimeras Jrs. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Labrecque didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Alejandro Gaspard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quimeras Jrs.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Gaspard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thibaut Courtois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurelio Walme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steinar Stålhandske in the 80th minute of the match. Aurelio Walme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steinar Stålhandske, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Steinar Stålhandske sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute Steinar Stålhandske shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Walme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Steinar Stålhandske managed to get in a good position for a shot. GUSESI's supporters rose to their feet, but Steinar Stålhandske was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Walme breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. GUSESI were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
