Quimeras Jrs.'s Aurelio Walme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Quimeras Jrs. from getting a goal against them. Aurelio Walme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Tabor in the 8th minute of the match. Jaime Tabors short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Aurelio Walme to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 12 played minutes Le Stade Briochin UC got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Law. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejandro Gaspard in the 18th minute of play forced Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Le Stade Briochin UC fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Le Stade Briochin UC's Jaime Tabor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aurelio Walme made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Farid Verrecchia sent off a good shot on target. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Gaspard in the 36th minute of the match. Hasan Tahsin Vefik charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hasan Tahsin Vefik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 39 minutes into the game, one of Quimeras Jrs.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 40 minutes into the game, Le Stade Briochin UC's Jaime Tabor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Walme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Aurelio Walme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitri Nedellec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Walme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Law, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Tabor to make the kick off. Lev Yashin made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Alejandro Gaspard sent off a good shot on target. Alejandro Gaspard might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lev Yashin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejandro Gaspard ran back to his position shaking his head. Le Stade Briochin UC made a substitution. Allan Parsons replaced Luc Szymanski. Aurelio Walme came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Le Stade Briochin UC's Dimitri Nedellec. But to his dismay, Dimitri Nedellec quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. If Jaime Tabor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quimeras Jrs.'s Aurelio Walme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Tabor in the 76th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Gaspard got free with Lev Yashin in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute Jaime Tabor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Walme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelio Walme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Tabor in the 83rd minute of the match. If Clovis Janvier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nolan Roux in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Walme saved Quimeras Jrs. from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Gaspard got free with Lev Yashin in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Gaspard in the 95th minute of play.
