Albert Canyelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Coutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Pascual Macia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Daniel Chaves. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Daniel Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Macia in the 30th minute of the match. Ascencio Marques charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carles Miramont to strike the kick off in the second half.
