Cristian Botasso did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Herbert Valler 13 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute of the match, Edgard Elssen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Herbert Valler saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Marzagão's Umberto Antunes got a free kick in the 17th minute. Herbert Valler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soulis Felegakis in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goalkeeper Herbert Valler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kleon Sgouros. Drafi's Soulis Felegakis got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Soulis Felegakis came free, but Herbert Valler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herbert Valler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Elssen, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Herbert Valler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Soulis Felegakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball had pretty good speed, but Herbert Valler firmly grabbed it by the left post. Soulis Felegakis made a great header on Drafi's corner, it was just that Marzagão's Herbert Valler managed to reach the ball for a save. Kleon Sgouross short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Herbert Valler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 47 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Elssen came free, but Herbert Valler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
