Damian Dean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Damian Dean's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herbert Valler was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Recolta Alamor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Damian Dean in the 14th minute. The corner led to Recolta Alamor's Cyprian Rosen getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 16th minute, Emmanuel Pennington got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marzagão's Dorian Tróia was substituted for Jânio Faria. Herbert Valler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Dean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Valler made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Emmanuel Pennington sent off a good shot on target. Dorian Tróia hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Umberto Antunes hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Marzagão's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Dean came free, but Herbert Valler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 played minutes Marzagão got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Tróia. In the 36th minute, Recolta Alamor's Damian Dean ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Herbert Valler. Herbert Valler yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 41st minute Murillo do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Proca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sherwood Petty hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Grigore Proca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingos Santiago in the 47th minute of play.

After 54 played minutes Recolta Alamor got a freekick which was hit by Brandon Newby. In the 59th minute Emmanuel Pennington shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Valler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Marzagão's zone, Emmanuel Pennington stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herbert Valler came out of the goal and Emmanuel Pennington tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Roberto Contreras put in a rough tackle. Recolta Alamor:s Grigore Proca showed great skill when he stopped Murillo do Valle:s penalty. A collision led to Marzagão getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Valério Mazza hit a great ball. The supporters of Recolta Alamor booed when Marzagão was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valério Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damian Dean took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Herbert Valler. Marzagão's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Marzagão getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Domingos Santiago hit a great ball. Emmanuel Pennington recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emmanuel Pennington struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Herbert Valler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Recolta Alamor. Damian Dean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Herbert Valler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emmanuel Pennington scored 3-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herbert Valler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Recolta Alamor fans cheered their team off the field, for while Marzagão had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
