Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quentin Gonzalez, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Quentin Gonzalez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy made a huge save. In the 8th minute Aniceto Campello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dionisio Hidalgo struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Maravilla. 15 minutes into the match, Atlético Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Kemal Selman came free, but Cordairo Segura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilmi Uyaralp to maneuver through the defense. Cordairo Segura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Kemal Selman in the 22nd minute of play. Mustafa Kemal Selman took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cordairo Segura. Cordairo Segura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Quentin Gonzalez sent off a good shot on target. Atlético Maravilla's Cordairo Segura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilmi Uyaralp in the 26th minute of play. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Güneş Süleyman in the 27th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Gunnar Nordin heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Aniceto Campello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cordairo Segura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilmi Uyaralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hilmi Uyaralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Atlético Maravilla's Dionisio Hidalgo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Aniceto Campello who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Quentin Gonzalez made the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leopoldo de Queiroz in the 51st minute of play. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aniceto Campello in the 53rd minute of play. With a little luck, Atlético Maravilla's Cordairo Segura got control of the ball when Hilmi Uyaralp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Güneş Süleyman in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute of the match Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. got a corner. Atlético Maravilla's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Güneş Süleyman ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s corner Güneş Süleyman fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cordairo Segura quite easily take care of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo de Queiroz came free, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quentin Gonzalez in the 68th minute of play. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aniceto Campello's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Mustafa Kemal Selman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cordairo Segura having to make a save. If Güneş Süleyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atlético Maravilla's Quentin Gonzalez got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Atlético Maravilla's goalkeeper Cordairo Segura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mustafa Kemal Selman. 88 minutes into the game, Honorato Arraz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Maravilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. the free kick. The supporters of Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. booed when Atlético Maravilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Arraz didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Otomasyon Gençlik F.K. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Mehmet Emrah Sarıdoğan hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quentin Gonzalez during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 96 played minutes Atlético Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Quentin Gonzalez.
