Wu Xu Bo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fredric Malm made in the 45th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Birger Rolfsson however managed to control. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charles Vestlund made a kick off. Wu Xu Bo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saad Weeks in the 51st minute of play.
