In the 6th minute Pompiliu Cordescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isak Stenquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pompiliu Cordescu in the 9th minute of play forced FC Jones's goalkeeper Isak Stenquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Jones's Camillo Della Rocca got a free kick in the 24th minute. Isak Stenquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dragoş Bitang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isak Stenquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebiu Tuleiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarmo Pasanen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, FC Inter Sibiu's goal looked a bit too open when Huang Guo Feng came free, but Sebastián Sosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Jones:s Isak Stenquist showed great skill when he stopped Filip Fikus:s penalty. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Camillo Della Rocca to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Paulo Lucas in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastián Sosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isak Stenquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Melis in the 58th minute of play. Isak Stenquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Melis in the 61st minute. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Paulo Lucas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 72 minutes, Eusebiu Tuleiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Inter Sibiu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebiu Tuleiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camillo Della Rocca hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebiu Tuleiu in the 76th minute of play forced FC Jones's goalkeeper Isak Stenquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 minutes FC Jones's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filip Fikus who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC Inter Sibiu's corner Ivan Moșanu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isak Stenquist quite easily take care of the ball. Isak Stenquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Melis in the 80th minute. Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camillo Della Rocca in the 82nd minute of the match. After 85 played minutes FC Inter Sibiu got a freekick which was hit by Petre Mitică. FC Jones's Silvo Gustafsson was substituted for Tarmo Pasanen. Petre Mitică hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Fikus in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isak Stenquist saved FC Jones from getting behind. Silvo Gustafsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastián Sosa having to make a save.
