In the 9thth minute of the game Bartolo Basualdo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frontera AFC's Agustín Rossi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rodrigo Massó made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Cisco in the 14th minute of play. PLUMIN's Rodrigo Massó played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naohiro Takahara in the 17th minute of play. If Naohiro Takahara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frontera AFC's Agustín Rossi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Frontera AFC from getting a goal against them. Naohiro Takahara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Massó having to interfere. Rodrigo Massó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naohiro Takahara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute of the match Frontera AFC got a corner. PLUMIN's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silvestre Cisco ran over to the corner to take the kick. A hard shot 33 in the game by Simon Ferrer from a close distance when the talented Agustín Rossi managed to make a qualified save. Frontera AFC's players were relieved. The nice shot from Simon Ferrer in the 38thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Agustín Rossi had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Jonas Orlondon kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. If Naohiro Takahara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonas Orlondon made in the 46th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Antonio Orlan. With his leg Agustín Rossi managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when PLUMIN's Simon Ferrer fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

PLUMIN's Cirilo Salvino was substituted for Simon Ferrer. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bartolo Basualdo to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Naohiro Takahara dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rodrigo Massó, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Basualdo in the 57th minute of play forced Frontera AFC's goalkeeper Agustín Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Celso Betadur fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Frontera AFC's protests and gave Celso Betadur a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th match minute, Frontera AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Betadur to maneuver through the defense. Frontera AFC made a substitution. Gonzalo Pacifico replaced Celso Betadur. After a rather tough play, Frontera AFC's Celso Betadur got a free kick in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Naohiro Takahara got free with Rodrigo Massó in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Naohiro Takahara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Rodrigo Massó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes PLUMIN got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Orlan. Naohiro Takahara came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rodrigo Massó could save by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonas Orlondon during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Naohiro Takahara could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Rodrigo Massó however easily saved by the left post. After 76 played minutes PLUMIN got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Peli. 78 minutes into the game, PLUMIN's Bartolo Basualdo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Agustín Rossi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Frontera AFC's zone, Rigoberto Ayala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustín Rossi came out of the goal and Rigoberto Ayala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silvestre Cisco was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. Frontera AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Frontera AFC's Silvestre Cisco in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PLUMIN's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Naohiro Takahara got free with Rodrigo Massó in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Despite being the better team, PLUMIN failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
