Naci Tuncel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionisio Quinito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kubat Aydınoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Naci Tuncel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Tracto's goalkeeper Gigih Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naci Tuncel. After a rather tough play, Tracto's Roque Juvenal got a free kick in the 15th minute. Gigih Buffon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Naci Tuncel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 17 minute of play. Tracto's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Georg Bringtoft scored to the left of an out of position Gigih Buffon, making the score, 2-0. Gigih Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Georg Bringtoft in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Giresun United F.K ©'s Naci Tuncel got a free kick in the 24th minute. Dionisio Quinito struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Kubat Aydınoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tracto. 34 minutes into the match, Tracto's goalkeeper Gigih Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naci Tuncel. In the 38th minute of the match, Georg Bringtoft tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gigih Buffon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Giresun United F.K © getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Sercan Ekinoğlu hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Giresun United F.K ©'s Alemdar Oykan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gigih Buffon. Gigih Buffon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Gigih Buffon came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Giresun United F.K ©'s Aykut Arslantürk. But to his dismay, Aykut Arslantürk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The audience was convinced that Georg Bringtoft's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigih Buffon was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. In the 56th minute, Benedito Granja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alemdar Oykan in the 60th minute of play forced Tracto's goalkeeper Gigih Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georg Bringtoft scored 6-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gigih Buffon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tracto's Gigih Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alemdar Oykan in the 64th minute of play. José Stevenson might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kubat Aydınoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Stevenson ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Giresun United F.K ©'s Kubat Aydınoğlu got control of the ball when José Stevenson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gigih Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alemdar Oykan in the 70th minute of play. Bruno Conrao kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78thth minute of the game Georg Bringtoft who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tracto's Gigih Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tracto's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After 90 minutes of play, Giresun United F.K ©'s Arkın İcabi made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gigih Buffon was left in no man's land by his defense there! José Stevenson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kubat Aydınoğlu having to make a save. Tracto's Gigih Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Naci Tuncel in the 99th minute of play. Giresun United F.K ©'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
