With a little luck, Kit Kat FC's Omar Motta got control of the ball when Cheng Le Xing tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Vaz in the 7th minute of play forced F.C. Sant Sabo's goalkeeper Eugenio Molina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cheng Le Xing got free with Omar Motta in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Dionísio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Magno Bezerra hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the match, F.C. Sant Sabo's Andreu Buenafuente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omar Motta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Cheng Le Xing in the 15th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Cheng Le Xing came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the F.C. Sant Sabo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cheng Le Xing couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Kit Kat FC defense, Raúl Dagora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omar Motta. The Kit Kat FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omar Motta should have stopped the shot. Ramiro Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Cheng Le Xing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Omar Motta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. F.C. Sant Sabo's Eugenio Molina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Dionísio in the 31st minute of play. Pedro Donatello took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenio Molina. Eugenio Molina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Pedro Donatello came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Kit Kat FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Donatello couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raúl Dagora to make the kick off. Omar Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Dagora in the 55th minute of play. Raúl Dagora struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Omar Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Sant Sabo. Kit Kat FC made a substitution. After 87 minutes, Pedro Donatello mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kit Kat FC and the F.C. Sant Sabo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kit Kat FC's Pedro Donatello got a free kick in the 87th minute. 91 minutes into the game, F.C. Sant Sabo's Cheng Le Xing nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Omar Motta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Raúl Dagora took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Motta. Omar Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Kit Kat FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
