Anselmo Furlan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Rito's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Tobias Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaltino Fonseca in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's goalkeeper Anselmo Furlan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 89 minutes, Miguel Mazza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Mazza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
