The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Mazza got free with Omar Motta in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anselmo Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Miguel Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Kit Kat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Linhares came free, but Omar Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match Nascidos Para Jogar F.C got a corner. Kit Kat FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfredo Leite ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Alfredo Leite almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kit Kat FC's Omar Motta did a great save. Anselmo Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 36th match minute, Nascidos Para Jogar F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Khattab to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Botelho came free, but Anselmo Furlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caetano Linhares took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Motta. Omar Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Mazza to make the kick off. Omar Motta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Miguel Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59thth minute of the game Miguel Mazza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kit Kat FC's Omar Motta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kit Kat FC's zone, Miguel Mazza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Motta came out of the goal and Miguel Mazza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Caetano Linhares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kit Kat FC's Omar Motta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Mazza in the 68th minute of play forced Kit Kat FC's goalkeeper Omar Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's Anselmo Furlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Botelho in the 70th minute of play. When Nascidos Para Jogar F.C's Miguel Mazza in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Many of Kit Kat FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Kit Kat FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Nascidos Para Jogar F.C were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
