Average Joes's Linus Svanström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Chelaru in the 4th minute of play. Linus Svanström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Marica in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Hampus Johansson could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Romeo Ghețea however easily saved by the left post. 11 minutes into the match, Hampus Johansson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Romeo Ghețea, 1-0. Fc Lothlorien's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Filip Flink 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Pål Askestät kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the game's 17th minute Fc Lothlorien's Marian Dudău took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Linus Svanström and thus the score was 2-1. After some careless play in the Fc Lothlorien defense, Hampus Johansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romeo Ghețea. The Fc Lothlorien fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeo Ghețea should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Mattias Finnman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Average Joes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After a rather tough play, Average Joes's Jo Blanchaert got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Lothlorien's zone, Jo Blanchaert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeo Ghețea came out of the goal and Jo Blanchaert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Mattias Finnman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Average Joes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Mihnea Marica kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Romeo Ghețea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Finnman, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Luca Zglimbea hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hampus Johansson got free with Romeo Ghețea in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Hampus Johansson made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Hampus Johansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Ghețea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeo Ghețea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jo Blanchaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Fc Lothlorien defense, Mattias Finnman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romeo Ghețea. The Fc Lothlorien fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeo Ghețea should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Average Joes booed when Fc Lothlorien was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugurel Chelaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Fc Lothlorien's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Finnman came free, but Romeo Ghețea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romeo Ghețea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hampus Johansson in the 65th minute of the match. Mugurel Chelaru hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Lothlorien's zone, Mattias Finnman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeo Ghețea came out of the goal and Mattias Finnman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jo Blanchaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hampus Johansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Romeo Ghețea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Ghețea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Finnman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Ghețea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jo Blanchaert in the 79th minute of play. Mihnea Marica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Basarab Dedu came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Fc Lothlorien fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basarab Dedu couldn't finish the play. Pål Askestät hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Iustinian Măndica's late challenge caught a Average Joes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iustinian Măndica helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th minute, Iustinian Măndica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Ghețea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Finnman, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The Average Joes fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Average Joes's Hampus Johansson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pål Askestät fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeo Ghețea having to interfere. Romeo Ghețea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mattias Finnman's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Average Joes fully deserved thier win.
