The FERRABARCA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermengildo Trianes should have stopped the shot. FC Töve's Åke Rudberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peruanton Tamayo in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingmar Hellkvist in the 14th minute of play forced FERRABARCA FC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Trianes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermengildo Trianes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingmar Hellkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. FC Töve were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after FERRABARCA FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ove Wallgren took the corner. The corner led FC Töve's Reine Löfkvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Hermengildo Trianes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The FC Töve fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when FC Töve's Reine Löfkvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 20th match minute, FERRABARCA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Montoya to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Ove Wallgren sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FERRABARCA FC's Hermengildo Trianes didn't even have to move. Hermengildo Trianes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingmar Hellkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, FERRABARCA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ingmar Hellkvist came free, but Hermengildo Trianes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Töve getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. David Carlsson hit a great ball. FERRABARCA FC's attentive Hustaz Gorostarzu managed to snatch the ball when Bengt-Rune Vacker made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. In the 35th minute, Dan Bryngelsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hermengildo Trianes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 41st minute, FERRABARCA FC's Sebastian Montoya seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sebastian Montoya the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FERRABARCA FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sebastian Montoya had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Hermengildo Trianes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Wallgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes into the game, FC Töve's Ingmar Hellkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
